Our team started years ago operating and scaling 8 digit resellers accounts. We provided outsourcing services to resellers in purchasing, inventory management, logistic support, order management, customer management, P&L analysis, brand and supplier research.
We deeply know all parts of the reselling model and operating at this scale gave us a front-row seat to notice a massive market shift. We saw firsthand how rising marketplace fees, skyrocketing CPCs, overseas sellers, and aggressive direct-to-factory competition began squeezing brand margins.
We realized that in the traditional model, the brands - the ones actually creating the products - were the ones losing the most. Their profit was being absorbed by intermediaries, their prices were eroding, and they were flying blind without any direct customer data.
We didn't just saw the shift from outside, we had "skin in the game". We decided to shift our path too and focus where we could create the most value. We are not an agency. We don't just "manage" accounts. We build and operate the technical systems required for elite-level growth.
